Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Was very nice view and furnishings. Appreciate the heavy metal doors for security. A few issues: The sliding gate had to be opened by hand. Maybe time to fix the power opener? The yellow gate by the street could use a simple fix so it latches. The latch was rusted shut. A simple hit with hammer might fix it. Need to add a bottle opener. Provide toilet paper and spare roll. The stove was hard to figure out. Provide instructions how to use inductive type stove. Provide instructions for trash and recycling. We took trash out to street bins. Provide more detailed check-out list. All it said was to leave keys on table. Perhaps there are other items to do and check before leaving. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Villa,in idealer Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa in traumhafter Umgebung. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Lovely Villa On The Beach

We had a lovely 8 nights at this villa. The Villa was very clean and as described. Lovely facilities. The only negative for me the lack of steps to help getting in and out of the swimming pool. I do think anyone with small children would need to be aware that there is no hand rail or steps on the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself up and out. The location is good, you can walk into the centre of Salou in 30 mins, or there is a bus stop a couple of mins away, with regular buses around the area, and beyond (Barcelona) so we didn't need to hire a car. Get the bus card with 10 trips loaded on for really good value transport. There area was fairly quiet when we were there (October) but there were restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk Lovely views out over the sea, which is literally on your door step. Great place for a relaxing holiday.

I really want to give this place 5 star, I had a good stay after few things were sorted. No issue on collecting the keys from the office. But when we got there, the remote on the gate didn't work, so I had to contact the office and they told me to push the gate open. Next, the front door lock didn't work smoothly, earlier advice from the person at the office told me was to just push the door. Actually you should pull the door towards you instead and unlock the lock at the same time. Third, I went to use the toilet upon entering, but there was no toilet paper. I had to ask my kids to get it from the other toilets. And there wasn't any soap for me to wash my hands, I needed to get from my luggage. Lastly, I couldn't connect to the internet. I tried multiple times entering the long password that is very encrypted, making sure I don't make any mistake. After the 4th try, I gave up and contacted the office. They told me to find the router and log in by taking a picture of the code. That was so easy, the instruction should have been in the check-in sheet. Lastly, the mop and pail was in the toilet, I moved it into the closet as I do not want to see it. We have just flown in from the US and was still having jet lag. With just a few euros, the initial impression could be easily improved!

First problem was that the key was only available at the realty office, which was a madhouse at 4pm. There are other ways to organize this; but clearly this realty company doesn't care about their tenants. It's unfortunate that the property management does not maintain this property. A/C was inconsistent on the 2nd floor as well as hot water inadequate. The pool wasn't cleaned or filled with water until the 4th day of our stay. I tested the chemicals & the Cl continued to be extremely high. We did not use it, which was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we leased this house. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom? Really? Towels were cheap, thin & not enough for 7 people. It's a very nice house, great location on the beach, but for this price I wouldn't rent from this company again. Clearly they are cutting a lot of corners at the tenant's expense.

VILLA ESPECTACULAR CON PISCINA PRIVADA Y A PIE DE PLAYA

Somos una familia de 10 pax, y hemos estado muy a gusto en esta Villa, experiencia inolvidable VILLA NUEVA, CON TODOS LOS DETALLES: 1.-La ubicación de la villa, es excelente. con su playa en frente, la playa muy tranquila- perfecto. 2.- Piscina privada (mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos, muy cómoda, nos sorprendió). 3.-comodidad de la casa: amplias habitaciones, cocina muy equipada y amplia con muy buenos electrodomésticos, un baño por cada habitación (que es una comodidad suprema). Toallas para la ducha y toallas para la piscina, perfecto!! 4.- Una ducha antes de entrar en la casa para darse un paño después de la playa (para no llenar de arena la casa- muy bien pensado). 5.-Las hamacas de la terraza super confortables. 6.-Buena atención por parte del equipo de Universal Holiday Center, sobre todo del responsable de las reservas el Sr. R. Altamirano: tuvimos un percance con la piscina y el responsable a parte de atendernos muy amablemente y educadamente, tuvo la consideración de lo ocurrido y resolvió el asunto. El trato fue inmejorable por parte de dicho responsable. Tener una lavadora está genial e imprescindible, que nos vino genial para lavar la ropa, pero está colocada dentro de la ducha del baño de la primera planta por lo tanto queda inutilizada la ducha. Pero bueno, nos hemos arreglado bien con las 3 duchas que hay en la segunda planta.

Muy buena ubicacion

La casa es molt còmode, la situació és perfecte. Pel preu que es paga hauria d' haver de tot referent a utensilis de cuina, i hem trobat a faltar unes tisores, tasses de cafè, ganivet de cuina, estovalles.. Un dia no vem tenir aigua calenta. Va haver una finestra que estava amb suport deficient i va caure, sí arriba a enganxar algú a sota li fa molt mal .
