Welcome to my modern, light filled home located in the historic city of Cambridge. The perfect place for a group of up to 3 people looking to explore, work, study or relax. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but within easy reach of everything from shops and eateries to museums with great transport links to the centre of Cambridge. Great access to Science Park (10 minutes on foot) and A14.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
