This ground-floor apartment features a living room opening onto a west-facing terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, etc.), a lounge (with sofa bed and TV), a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two parking spaces and access to the swimming pool are included. Small pets are allowed. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.

*The swimming pool is open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the building management. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
