Comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) comprising an entrance hall with closet, a living/dining room opening onto a large terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, catalytic oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and closet, a bathroom (bathtub and sink), and a separate toilet. One enclosed parking space.

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
