No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in inside the apartment - SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) - Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order - If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out - Security deposit will be cancelled or returned after receipt of the keys.
