"The staff were all SO kind and the property and rooms were gorgeous. I wish we could have extended our trip just to have had more time there! As someone who lives on a horse ranch it felt like the French equivalent of being home. A wonderful stay all around! "

"Un ambiente molto pulito, ho notato subito già dall'entrata dell'hotel un piacevole profumo. Camere spaziose e belle. Ogni volta che ti rifanno la camera ti lasciano sul tavolo una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa ma se hai necessità al bar ti riempiono la tua borraccia. Personale sorridente e disponibile. Molto vicino alla spiaggia Napoleon"

"The Hotel is special and ok for one night. Don’t understand how the Hotel can be a four star hotel. The room is so little, that there nearly not is place for a suitcase. There is no elevator, refrigerator or something else ekstra. Parking is also quite expensive."

"Fantastisk fint lille to-stjernet hotel i den gamle bydel af Arles. Meget charmerende bygning, indergården er et hit og beliggenheden er ideel. Morgenmaden i indergården var en dejlig start på dagen. Masser af hyggelige restauranter i nær gå-afstand til hotellet.
Vi betalte for parkerings-service, hvilket jeg ikke ville vælge igen. Der er fine parkerings-muligheder i nærheden langs floden og de er gratis om aftenen og natten. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt, hvis autencitet og charme er vigtigere...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muette, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for visiting Arles, the room was lovely and cool during the heatwave, and the bed was really comfortable. Overall we had a magical time and would love to go back!"

"The air conditioner took a little manipulation (put the fan on manual in lieu of auto) but once you figure that out, it cooled the room significantly. It has been hot outside. 90+ degrees Fahrenheit. So that was important. The staff spoke good English. The beds were perfectly firm - I have a bad back, so this too is important. Most American hotels have super soft beds that are terrible for your back. And the hotel location was perfect for walking anywhere in the old city. "

"Excellent place to stay in Camargue ! The hotel is near to the road, but extrenely well protected from the noise and the surrounding. It is very calm, has a wonderfull pool and jacuzzi. Each room had its little terrace and provided nice quiet views on the nature around. You can walk from the hotel to the city center in 10 min. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, sharing tips and addresses. Doggies are also very welcome ! "

They asked us several times per mail about our arrival time even though we had given the information. No hot water so we needed to change room (but we negotiated a discount). One day they forgot to clean the room and coffee was not replenished (we needed to ask for this on a daily basis).

"Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose...
