Welcome to Luxen 7, a place I am truly delighted to share with guests visiting Madeira.
Located on the top floor of a brand-new building in the charming coastal town of Câmara de Lobos, Atlântico Residences, this modern two-bedroom apartment was designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable ocean views. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a space where you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features two elegant bedrooms with double beds, including a spacious ensuite bedroom with a private shower room. The contemporary décor, natural light, and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

One of my favorite features is the private balcony, where you can start your morning with a coffee while admiring the Atlantic Ocean or unwind at sunset with a glass of wine as the sky changes colors over the sea.

Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips on sunny days, as well as two private indoor parking spaces for added convenience. The apartment is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
