The space has 2 suites, TV room, and full kitchen.

We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

** We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate.

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 1 (Upper floor): Consisting of a double bed, split air conditioning, windows with blackout curtains;

Suite 2 (Upper floor): Consisting of 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closets, windows with blackout curtains;

TV room or reversible bedroom (ground floor): Consisting of sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, window with blackout curtain, closet. Access to full bathroom
