Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel with prime location and spectacular views, however resulting in too many guests occupying public spaces doing endless “photos shoots”. Found the restaurant service a bit disapointing and though the plates was beautifully arranged, the food served was cold and over priced.
Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options around town.

The reception also was very helpful with directions and helped us booked a bus going back to Hanoi.
Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend with friends and family.
