"Overall an excellent resort in a quiet atmosphere about 15 min drive south of Da Nang downtown. Amazing beach as well as the overall gardens and pools - really top class. Service from all staff members was also absolutely amazing. The breakfast was okay - but lunch could be had as well (both by the main pool / beach and in the breakfast area). Would not recommend dinner at the hotel - over priced for what you get; rather take a quick Grab to Da Nang, or even Hoi An (30 min) for much better options and far lower prices - and at a much higher quality level. But the resort in itself was really great"

"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of Marriott Group. Specially, the GM not qualified at all, he told me he love the reviews. And this is one for you. :)"
