Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, air conditioning, and a washing machine are included. There is a smart TV, and you can request additional channels. The apartment has electric shutters.



The private outdoor area includes an open terrace and balcony. You also have access to shared facilities: fenced pool, jacuzzi, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The apartment is within walking distance of the town, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.



The building has an elevator and step-free access throughout. Recycling rules apply; more information is available at the property. A parking space is offered on request and subject to availability. Check-in after 22:00 is possible on request. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
