The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking just like at home. Start your mornings with breakfast outdoors and end your evenings with a barbecue by the pool.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. The other two double bedrooms include ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. A second full bathroom with a shower and washing machine serves the rest of the house.

You're just a 10-minute drive from Calpe’s beaches, town centre, and supermarkets like Masymas or Mercadona. The location is perfect: quiet, safe, and well-connected to everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

The property is available to guests, except for the private office, which remains closed, and the garage, which is reserved exclusively for access by the maintenance staff.
The gardener and pool technician visit the property twice a week to carry out regular maintenance.

Office Hours:
Summer: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Mon–Fri from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office: from 16:00 to 19:00
For arrivals outside office hours, please request key collection instructions.

Check-out: until 11:00

Check-in Procedure:
-Provide ID for all guests.
-Deposit by card: €300. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment of any additional services if requested – 1 pet: €40 per stay.

House Rules:
-Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
-Respect the guest limit stated in the booking.
-Upon departure, please return the keys to the office, dispose of the rubbish, and clean used kitchenware.
