From here, you have direct access to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy lovely views over the city of Calpe, the famous Las Salinas lake with its flamingos, the surrounding mountains and the glowing hills of Calpe.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster.



Down the hallway you’ll find the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath-shower combination, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is located in the hallway.



An internal staircase leads you upstairs to a bright second living area, filled with natural light thanks to the south-facing windows. This space features a sofa, air conditioning and another Smart TV, making it perfect as a relaxing lounge area. In addition, there is a third bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From this floor, you access the private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and where you can enjoy a slight sea view along with views over Calpe and its surroundings.
