In an ideal setting (just 2 km from the beautiful village of Callas, away from the road, quiet, with no vis-à-vis...), on a large wooded plot (olive trees, pines, cypresses, fig trees, laurels...) of 5,200m2 and a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, this villa has been tastefully decorated in a French Riviera style for your comfort.
It is arranged as follows:
Upstairs:
Bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its own balcony, offering a superb unobstructed view of the countryside and surrounding hills (ideal for breakfast or an aperitif!)
Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sink
Independent toilet
Access to the SPA area through the rear door of the house. The SPA area is enclosed and has a Jacuzzi, a projector with a giant screen for watching videos, heating, and a relaxation area with a single bed and coffee table offering a magnificent unobstructed view of nature.
On the ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice maker, cooking range, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle...)
Living/Dining room including a large table, corner sofa, TV with cable, DVD, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi internet
We have childcare equipment: crib, high chair, changing table, baby bouncer, blender, etc.
For bookings of 3 or 4 people, we also provide additional spaces on the ground floor:
Huge bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage
Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and handmade Salernes tiles
For stays of more than 1 week, you will have access to the utility room with a washing machine, dryer, second fridge/freezer, table, and iron, etc.
You can relax in the shade of the olive trees and sunbathe by the pool reserved for you. An outdoor dining area has been set up with a giant barbecue, a table and chairs in the shade of the olive trees, and several lounges to relax and have a drink.
The property is entirely reserved for you, including the pool, outdoor spaces, and the SPA area.
For bookings of 2 people, you will have a large bedroom with a balcony and a view of nature, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, kitchen, and the living/dining room.
For bookings of 3 or 4 people, an additional bedroom and bathroom with an extra toilet will be available.
For bookings of more than 1 week, you will have access to the utility room with a washing machine, dryer, etc.
We do not live on-site, but we will be there to welcome you and will be available if needed.
If you wish, self-check-in is possible.
The villa is only 2 km from the beautiful Provençal village of Callas, and you will enjoy having your coffee on the square, savoring pastries and croissants from the famous Clotilde bakery/pastry shop. Callas is known for its gastronomic specialties such as olive oil, vinegar, wine, goat cheese, and of course, the gourmet restaurant 'Les Gorges de Pennafort.'
The village has all shops and amenities, including 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a newsstand, post office, gas station, ATM, etc.
Ideal for exploring the region (30 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 45 minutes from the mountains, close to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Italy), engaging in sports, and relaxing to the sound of cicadas.
There is a bus line at the bottom of the path, but a vehicle is ideal for discovering the many activities the region has to offer.
WIFI is available in the living room but not in other rooms. Internet is accessible via the satellite dish, giving us decent capacity and speed for normal use, but not for intensive use (downloads, streaming...).
