- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front of carport, front of deck, side back passage on granny flat, and services side of house. They will be on during your stay.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room, rumpus room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 4.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
