New house, with a modern and minimalist style, located in a quiet area in Arco da Calheta. Natural light is present in all areas of this friendly and comfortable house, an element that promotes a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere.
This property has three bedrooms, two of them with king size bed and window access to the garden (one of them with TV, work space, dressing table, private bathroom with shower and bath) and another with two single beds and private bathroom with shower. In the corridor, next to one of the bedrooms with king size bed, there is also a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a countertop that separates the dining area that connects to the living room. In this open space, you can enjoy good moments at the table or simply rest while watching a good movie. The access to the garden and to the swimming pool can be done through the living room. In this outdoor space, you will also find a barbecue, sun loungers and a hammock. During your stay, take the opportunity to contemplate the sea view in this space that gathers all the conditions for a memorable holiday.

AREA
This property located on the west side, in Arco da Calheta, is one of the places with more sun exposure of Madeira Island.
A 12 minute drive from the historical centre of Calheta you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, an artificial yellow sandy beach and the Porto Recreio da Calheta.
About 20 minutes away by car, you will find the Miradouro do Rabaçal (viewpoint) and the trails where some of the best known levadas start, such as Levada das 25 Fontes, Levada do Alecrim and Levada do Risco.
The Funchal city centre is about 35 minutes away by car and the airport is about 50 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
