Upstairs, the bedroom enjoys amazing panoramic views of the sea — the perfect spot to wake up to each morning.

Just to the left of your apartment is the shared pool area, featuring plenty of space to relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue. A common laundry room is also available for residents.

This apartment is part of a small complex of four individual units, each with its own entrance and private terrace. There’s a parking area for four cars (one per apartment). The entrance is a bit steep, but you can always park on the street and walk down.

The location is ideal — within walking distance of the popular Engenho Velho Restaurant, and about a 30-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find more shops and restaurants. In just 2 minutes, you can reach the Via Express, providing easy access to explore the entire island.
