Unfortunately the unit we stayed at was not all that clean. For example- - animal hair all over the sofas - dirty towel from prior occupant on back of bathroom door - dirty bathroom floor - pot lid dirty with previous occupant’s cooking - used earplugs on bedroom floor Given that the person who was cleaning the unit before our arrival required nearly 30 minutes past the check in time (she gave us the keys at 4:25pm when check in was supposed to be at 4pm) we expected at least a clean unit. This really was quite unacceptable.
