Guests have full private access to the entire basement-floor suite, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area. The suite also includes a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

You’ll have your own private entrance, ensuring a completely separate and quiet stay. Driveway parking is available right in front of the house, and guests can also enjoy the yard garden area.

The upstairs unit is a separate Airbnb with its own private entrance, there are no shared spaces between the two.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This house has a completely private entrance and is entirely separate from the upstairs-level unit. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM as the upstairs suite may also be occupied.

The home includes central heating, ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, and all essentials for a comfortable stay, fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. A high chair and portable playpen are available upon request.

Driveway and street parking are available.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional hourly fee applies for check-ins before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-outs after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM.
