    Welcome to our bright and modern 2-bedroom basement suite in Radisson Heights!



    Just a 10-minute walk to the C-Train, you’ll have easy access to downtown, the Calgary Zoo, and the Calgary Stampede!



    The suite features two cozy queen bedrooms, a pull-out couch sleeping up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area to unwind after a day of exploring!



    Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs)!

    The Space:

    Welcome to your cozy Calgary home base! 😊 This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom basement suite in Radisson Heights is thoughtfully set up for couples, families, and small groups looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!



    The suite features two queen bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and space for up to 6 guests. You’ll enjoy a warm living area for movie nights, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals or easy breakfasts, and a layout designed to feel welcoming and comfortable for both short and longer stays!



    Location & getting around



    You’re just a 10-minute walk to the C-Train, making it easy to explore Calgary without a car. Downtown, the Calgary Zoo, and Stampede Park are all quick and convenient to reach.



    Great for couples & families



    Couples love the quiet, cozy feel and easy access to downtown dining and events. Families appreciate the extra sleeping space, full kitchen, and close proximity to family-friendly attractions.



    Pet friendly 🐶



    We’re happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, so your furry family members can join the trip. (Sorry, no cats.)

    Radisson Heights is a quiet, central neighborhood that offers a great balance of peaceful residential living and easy access to Calgary’s top attractions. Guests love how convenient it is to get around while still having a calm place to come home to.



    You’re just a 10-minute walk to the C-Train, making it simple to reach downtown, event venues, and major attractions without worrying about parking. The neighborhood is close to the Calgary Zoo, river pathways, and green spaces, making it a great spot for families, couples, and dog owners alike.



    Downtown Calgary and Stampede Park are a quick drive or train ride away, perfect for concerts, festivals, sporting events, and dining. You’ll also find nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials just minutes from the suite.



    Overall, Radisson Heights is ideal if you want a central, well-connected location with a relaxed, local feel—close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.



    Guest Access:

    Guest Access



    Guests will enjoy private access to the entire basement suite, including a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, providing a comfortable and independent stay.



    The suite entrance is located on the right side of the building, allowing for easy and private access.



    Free street parking is available, and we kindly ask guests to park directly in front of the unit whenever possible.



    Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, which is especially convenient for longer stays or when traveling with kids or pets. For families, we also provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair to make traveling with little ones easier.



    Everything is set up to offer privacy, comfort, and a smooth check-in experience so you can settle in and feel right at home 😊

You'll find yourself in a quiet, residential area, ideal for a relaxing stay, yet incredibly close to Calgary’s vibrant attractions. A short 10-minute walk gets you to the C-Train, providing easy access to downtown Calgary, the Calgary Zoo, and the Stampede grounds. For your daily needs, you're just minutes away from grocery stores and coffee shops. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Radisson Heights while still being connected to the city's energy. Whether you're here for leisure or business, our location offers a comfortable base with easy access to everything Calgary has to offer.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around is a breeze from our cozy suite! You're just a 10-minute walk from the Radisson Heights C-Train station, providing easy access to downtown Calgary and attractions like the Calgary Zoo and Stampede Park. For those arriving by car, free street parking is readily available directly in front of the unit. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away, making your arrival and departure simple and stress-free.

    Check-in: 3:00 PM

    Check-out: 11:00 AM



    This is a quiet residential building with other guests on site, so we kindly ask everyone to be respectful at all times.



    House Rules:

    • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    • No parties, events, or gatherings

    • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the suite

    • Only registered guests are permitted on the property

    • Dogs are welcome (up to 2); no cats, sorry



    Fees & Enforcement:

    • Smoking or vaping indoors will result in a minimum $300 fine

    • Excessive mess, damage, or pet stains may result in additional cleaning or repair charges

    • Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation with a refund, and guests will be required to vacate the property



    This is a basement suite, and while it is private and self-contained, some normal household noise may be heard.



    By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Thank you for your understanding—we truly appreciate respectful guests and look forward to hosting you 😊
