"Overall excellent stay"

" Everything was good but I got to the airport at 7 am and I called tge hotel to see when I cannget a shuttle ride and they told me after 3 pm when it was check in time. I didn't want to wait at the airport so I got a ride from a taxi that was a scam and he took almost $1000 out of my bank acount so I spent hours at the police department and hours on the phone with my bank. I wish I can get comped for more ahead......"

"Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall"

"Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på det hele. Masser af liv i gaderne, gode spisesteder og tæt på metro, seværdigheder og gågaderne. Et sikkert område. Hotellet ligger fantastisk, med rooftop pool med fantastisk udsigt på den ene side og en stor terrasse på den anden side. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, personalet var hjælpsomme og smilende og værelserne er store. Kan i den grad anbefales"

"I usually like the hotel, but after being bitten by the Loxosceles laeta spider and the hotel's handling, I lack words for the way they react, not even help to get to the hospital/or an email, a card to ask where your situation is (this should not be the hotel's standard) even after talking to the assistance room director they just apologize... so be careful!!!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bidasoa. I was travelling alone, and felt very safe and at home here. The hotel staff, from the gentleman at the reception to everyone else, were very kind, respectful and helpful to a single woman traveller. I loved the decor and aesthetics of this hotel which is very tastefully done. Staying at this place made my stay in Santiago a really special one. I highy recommend staying at this hotel."

"Hotellet var super fin med god poolrestaurent på 21. Etage. 3 min fra metro som er let at tage. Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, da de beskyldte os for at have forladt en restaurant uden at betale. Da det gik op for dem at det var en fejl kompenserede de dog undskyldende og gav os en gratis middag. Søde og hjælpsomme - vil vælge det hotel igen."
