Apartment of 50m2 located in the center the charming Maresme town of Calella only 250m from the beach, 10-minute walk from the train station and 70km from Barcelona Airport (accessible via a direct Sagalés bus). It is on the ground floor and it features two terraces, one completely private and a communal rooftop terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and laundry facilities. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. Amenities include a full bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans, heating for the winter months, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and bed linen and towels. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
