Apartment of 50m2 located in the center the charming Maresme town of Calella only 250m from the beach, 10-minute walk from the train station and 70km from Barcelona Airport (accessible via a direct Sagalés bus). It is on the second floor and features a communal rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture and laundry facilities. It offers two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa bed for two additional guests. Amenities include a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans, heating for the winter months, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and bed linen and towels are provided. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
