The Space:

The expansive wraparound balcony is the heart of the home, offering multiple places to savour the outlook throughout the day. Enjoy alfresco meals fresh from the BBQ, settle into the outdoor lounge with a book, or stretch out on the sun loungers as the landscape unfolds before you. Below, the private pool is surrounded by tropical greenery and sun loungers, creating an inviting sanctuary for refreshing swims and afternoons in the sunshine.



Inside, the open-plan living area continues the connection with the outdoors, where large windows fill the space with natural light and leafy vistas. The well-equipped kitchen features a generous island, quality appliances, wine fridges, and essentials, while the spacious indoor dining area brings everyone together to share good food and conversation.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, private TV, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite with a bathtub and walk-in shower, plus direct balcony access for peaceful mornings overlooking the views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, private ensuite, and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth includes two king single beds, with both rooms serviced by a third bathroom. A full laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds everyday convenience, making longer stays easy.



The garage is not available for guest use. Off-street parking is available in the driveway for up to three vehicles. Split-system air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled among the hills of Smithfield, this peaceful retreat offers the best of Tropical North Queensland, balancing a tranquil residential setting with easy access to rainforest adventures and everyday conveniences. Just six minutes away, Smithfield Shopping Centre is the local hub for groceries, cafés, casual dining, and boutique shopping. The popular Smithfield Tavern is an easy spot to settle in for a relaxed lunch or evening meal.



Adventure is never far from home. Feel the adrenaline at Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett, only seven minutes away, where bungy jumping and the Minjin Swing promise unforgettable thrills. For a slower pace, spend the morning wandering the boardwalks of Cairns Cattana Wetlands, home to abundant birdlife and peaceful lakes, or glide above the World Heritage-listed rainforest on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, both around ten minutes from the property. Nature enthusiasts can also explore the rainforest trails of Smithfield Conservation Park, while history lovers will appreciate the impressive collection at the Australian Armour & Artillery Museum.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for guests' use.



Airport: 23 minutes by car, or approximately 1 hour by bus (including a 10-minute walk).
