The Space:

Designed to embrace tropical living, this sophisticated villa combines bright open-plan interiors with lush landscaped gardens, creating the perfect setting for your Palm Cove getaway. Thoughtfully designed and styled in collaboration with Curated Interior Designers, the interiors are enriched by artwork from Jai Vasicek, Brittney Ferns, and Thea Skelsey.



The living area offers plush seating, a large smart TV, curated artwork, and expansive openings that connect effortlessly to the outdoor entertaining spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and a spacious island with bar seating, making everything from morning coffee to family dinners easy to enjoy. The dining area brings everyone together around a timber table before meals continue outdoors beneath the covered patio, where a large teak dining table, BBQ, and comfortable lounge seating overlook the private heated pool.



The exterior boasts a stylish private landscaped poolside retreat designed by the award-winning JSW Landscapes and built by DS Property Specialists. Framed by lush tropical gardens, this inviting outdoor space includes a shaded pool cabana, an outdoor shower, and generous lounge seating overlooking the private heated pool. The pool is heated by a pool pump water heater system with a target temperature of 32°C. While we aim to maintain this temperature, actual water warmth may vary depending on weather and ambient conditions, so it cannot be guaranteed at all times.



The ground-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and opens onto a private tropical retreat with an outdoor shower featuring hot and cold running water. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single beds, alongside a full bathroom, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups. The home also includes a convenient half bathroom.



A secure double lock-up garage is available for guest use. The home is child-friendly, with a toddler safety gate available, while cots and high chairs can also be provided for younger guests.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have full access to the double lock-up garage, the entire house & private poolside retreat. Please make yourself at home!

Perfectly positioned between Cairns and Port Douglas, this tropical retreat is just a 25-minute drive from Cairns Airport and around 40 minutes from Port Douglas. Set within one of the few residential communities offering easy walking access to Palm Cove, you'll be moments from the golden sands of Palm Cove Beach and the palm-fringed Williams Esplanade. Spend your days discovering award-winning restaurants including Nu Nu Restaurant, Vivo, and Beach Almond Beach House, browse boutique shops, indulge in a spa treatment, or enjoy a coffee from Espresso & Co before strolling to the Palm Cove Jetty. With crystal-clear waters, a vibrant dining scene, and iconic attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, and Kuranda all within easy reach, Palm Cove is the perfect base for experiencing Tropical North Queensland.



Getting Around:

Palm Cove Esplanade is around a five-minute walk, where you'll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, Palm Cove Beach, and the jetty.



Cairns Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Uber and taxis are readily available, with fares typically starting from around $40, depending on demand and the time of day.



If you'd like to explore Tropical North Queensland, several major car rental companies operate from Cairns Airport, making it easy to visit Port Douglas, the Daintree Rainforest, Kuranda, and the surrounding region.



Sunbus Route 110 provides regular services between Palm Cove and Cairns, with stops along Williams Esplanade and connections to other local destinations.
