"Our stay at Crystalbrook started out great, nice helpful staff greeted us. However, the pool was closed for a wedding reception which it would be a few days later again. My wife went to the reception to hear if we could use the other pool, got a hard no - I went down there and asked if that was their of handling this, they granted us access to the other pool after this standoff. The next day I try to use the phone, no one can understand me so I go to inform the front desk that it doesn't work,...
"Nice clean room. Helpful receptionists. Breakfast was very nice. There is parking available. We did not use the pool as is had all shade in the afternoon. Close to town and many good restaurants. Good size room even for a family of 4. Would definitely stay again. "

"Hotellets pool er fantastisk. Kunstig strand, kæmpe stor, hyggelig bar og pæne omgivelser.
Morgenmaden er god og varieret. Personalet søde og meget hjælpsomme. Værelset pænt og rent, men lidt kedeligt, men med så lækre fællesarealer, bruger man alligevel ikke tid der.
Hotellet ligger godt centralt placeret."
