Casa Bosque Tropical is an independent house within the Villas Somnara complex. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and is designed to offer comfort and freshness in a natural setting.



The house has a living-dining room, television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot water, and a small terrace to enjoy the tropical climate.



It is part of a complex of four houses that share common areas (pool, terrace, and BBQ area) while maintaining a quiet and residential atmosphere.



The common areas include the pool, terrace, barbecue area, gardens, and parking. These spaces are designed for respectful and peaceful use by all guests.



Each house is independent, but the common areas require consideration and harmonious coexistence with other visitors.



I will be available before, during, and after your stay for any inquiries. My availability is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., so I appreciate communications within that timeframe.

Access to Playa Chiquita is by walking through the neighborhood, crossing Route 256 and using the community trail.
