I`m happy to assist guests with any questions daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. I’m always attentive during check-in to ensure everything is in place. Once guests are settled, I offer them full independence and privacy, but I remain available during those hours in case anything is needed.

Due to tax regulations from the Government of Costa Rica, we kindly request a form of identification (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) in order to issue the required electronic invoice. This has no tax implications for you as a guest. Thank you for your understanding!
Accommodation Rules

Online check-in required for security reasons. A copy of an ID and/or a selfie may be requested.

Hours: check-in 2:00–6:00 p.m. · check-out 10:00 a.m.
Remote assistance is available until 8:00 p.m. After this time, we are not responsible for difficulties locating or accessing the accommodation.

Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. No additional guests allowed.

Residential area: please be considerate of neighbors.

Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m.
Noise levels must not exceed 60 dB at any time.

No parties or events.

Care of the property: guests are responsible for the accommodation, furniture, and green areas. Any damage or alterations may result in retention of the security deposit.

Pool and gardens: urinating in these areas is not permitted.

Security: always lock the accommodation when leaving.

Responsible use: turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and cooking appliances when not in use.

Substances: the use of narcotics is not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Additional services: all additional services must be paid at the time of request.
