"The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on. The only drawback was dirty laundry in the hall for our first day at the hotel. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We were very happy with this nice hotel."

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. "Location was great which is why we chose it, but, unfortunately it is really a dump. No amenities to speak of. Had to ask for a wastebasket. Only one towel. There were two of us. No Kleenex or cups. Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. Pillows were terrible. "Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"

"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst...
