"Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...

"My judgement based on balance between price and all overscore.
The price for 4 person room was expensive like in europe 5500 php/night (even discounted), and expensive in phillipines. Thow quallity was only Phillipine provincial standard.
Breakfast was very poor, for this room price it schould be buffet type.
Room look old and need maintenance, special bathroom was not looking good anymore.
There is nothing you can do at the hotel, beside sleep and wash your self.
I would not choose this...

"Charles Rahim loved St Ellis. The big guy working at the restaurant last Tuesday and wed was so nice and so professional. All the staff at the restaurant are so professional and friendly and they go the extra mile. Parking was good. Location close to Ayala Centre small shopping centre ."
