"Best hotel experience you can imagine. Mattia was super friendly and helpful (even helped us with restaurant reservations) and the hotel was sparkling clean and furinshed with great taste. The beds were very comfortable, and once we figured out the air conditioning, it was cool. All of the employees went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were incredible! "We got a room upgrade to a very nice room with large terrasse. The breakfast service from Cristiano was excellent and the location was really good close to restaurants and the city centre.
We arrived at night on 1. May which apparently is a large festive celebration day in Sardegna, so the city center was closed off and we could not get close to the hotel by car, but managed to find a free parking spot after a while. The hotel phone number registered on hotels.com website is not up to date, so...
