Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The accommodation is located 20 minutes from the center of Cagliari and close to Monte Claro Park, one of the city's green spaces. The area offers all the main amenities: restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Just 1.7 km away, you can reach the San Benedetto neighborhood, in the heart of Cagliari, and admire the famous Via Dante, lined with shops, some now historic and of considerable importance, such as the Villa Elena clinic, located almost at the end of the street, Via Paoli, and Via Pergolesi. Alternatively, you can visit the convents and church. Due to its importance in connecting the cities of Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena, this street was once known by the name of Via Quartu.
