Good location near bus and train stations at Piatza Mattioti and despite this the noise level was very tolerable. The wifi was strong and dependable. That said,we encountered some serious issues.For starters, the Estay agency sends you a link through which one is to upload lots of pictures and information. Both couples wasted hours trying to upload as required but with no result. The nice lady behind the Estay counter said she would take it up with management.The big issue is the fact that the apartment is three 16-foot floors up and there is no elevator. A miserable time was had by all dragging suitcases up the stairs.The kitchen is comically underequipped - e.g. three 4 ounce water glasses.There is a decent outside terrace but no outside furniture so one drags the dining room chairs out and back.The living room has uncomfortable seating for two in an apartment advertised as being for 6 people.Would not recommend.
