This three-storey building in the heart of Cádiz offers charming tourist apartments. One of its main highlights is the bright Andalusian courtyard with palm trees, as well as the elevator that leads to a spacious rooftop terrace equipped with sun loungers and a practical laundry room.

At the back of the courtyard, the elevator takes you to the second floor, where the apartment is located. Upon exiting and turning left, you enter an interior gallery that brings natural light to the main bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom, creating a fresh and pleasant atmosphere throughout the space.

To the right, you’ll find the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobe, and an armchair. To the left is the full bathroom, featuring a shower, glass screen, and natural ventilation from the interior patio.

Continuing through the apartment, you reach the modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for both short and long stays. The living room, facing the central courtyard, offers a dining area with a table for four, a 150 x 200 cm sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, and Smart TV — all in a cosy and well-lit setting.

Its excellent location, right in the historic centre of Cádiz, makes it the perfect base for discovering the city. Just a short walk away are the Cathedral, Plaza de las Flores, and other iconic spots. La Caleta beach, ideal for enjoying Atlantic sunsets, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
