"I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. "

"I came to NC for a convention and booked this place because the host hotel was sold out. Check-in was quick, the service was very friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable with a pool - which came in handy due the extreme heat and humidity. I'd stay here again. Free breakfast was a bonus and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It's also right off the highway exit. "
"The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. "The front desk attendant was so professional, welcoming and helpful. Check-in was so smooth and he was very clear and detailed! When I asked about a certain product in the hotel store, he went out of his way to check every possibility and that made me feel awesome that he would do that!!! He actually acted like a manager!
