The balcony is fully furnished with; firepit, siting area, bbq grill and dining table. Remember this property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $250 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property
