The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps up to 8 guests and puts you steps from the sand in Cabo San Lucas, just a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande and within a 5 to 10-minute walk of the marina's shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All three bedrooms open directly onto the balcony and come with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains for sleeping in. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, dedicated workspace, and armchair. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and an armchair. Quality linens and pillows in every room mean you'll wake up refreshed and ready for the beach.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-concept living area is filled with colorful Mexican décor and flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to the balcony. Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
