The master suite has a king bed with "top of the line" box spring and mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath, which includes a new walk-in shower. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room. 
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has all stainless steel appliances! The kitchen also has a a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. 
The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.
