Our stay at Médano Hotel and Spa in Cabo Mexico was marred by some challenges. Despite reaching out via email prior to our visit, we received no response. Additionally, we were assigned a room behind the pool bar and despite our requests, we were not relocated during our 6-day stay. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate during our stay also went unanswered. While there is certainly room for improvement, we still managed to enjoy our stay overall. 😊
