Enjoy a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with KING bed, sitting area, a spacious full bath (with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity) and a private balcony.
The CENTRAL LIVING SPACE has a living room, dining area, full kitchen, guest bath and balcony. The large LIVING room has a sofa that makes into a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and separate door to the balcony. The DINING area has a table with 6 chairs plus additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. The KITCHEN is complete with refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware and utensils (complete set of pots and pans; dishes, cutlery and glasses for 8).
There is a full guest BATHROOM with shower.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged. items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
Check in is available on SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND MONDAYS.

This is a floating week. The unit is rented in 1 week (7 NIGHT) blocks. All weeks are available except Christmas, New Years and Easter Weeks.
MESSAGE me with your choice of dates for the WEEK and I will confirm ASAP if the exact week you desire is available. Please allow a couple hours (or 1 day, depending on the time and my ability to contact the resort) for confirmation.
My cancellation refund policy is different than any of the options that I had to pick from. I chose the cancellation policy option of “No Refund - which states that the traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking any time after it is accepted”. If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before check-in I will give you a full refund (minus the service fee and minus a $100 reservation fee).

At check-in, you will be asked for ID (i.e. a Driver’s License or State Identification Card) and a credit card imprint to cover any credit card charges made during your stay at the resort. This resort does not use cash.
At check-out, you will be charged the mandatory Mexican state lodging tax (room tax).
Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
