The Space:

If you’re looking for a great place to stay to spend quality time with your loved ones then look no further! The Puerto Azul complex has a refreshing swimming pool for hanging out between trips to the beach, only about a 5-minute walk away, a BBQ for grilling tasty treats, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy them! El Combate Beach is your ticket to tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle. With fewer crowds and a laid-back vibe, you can soak up nature and catch stunning sunsets. Plus, it’s a great starting point to explore nearby spots like the Cabo Rojo Salt Flats and Los Morrillos Lighthouse, making it perfect for anyone craving relaxation and natural beauty in Puerto Rico.



Step inside to an open floor plan that includes the sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. When you’re ready to relax after a fun day, the sitting room offers comfortable seating and a TV with access to local channels.



Convenience on vacation is everything! That’s why we’ve provided you with all the most important things you need in the kitchen for preparing meals plus, there’s a coffee maker for your morning kick-start and a blender for afternoon mixers. To enjoy a sit-down meal inside, the dining table can seat 4 comfortably, plus there are 2 chairs at the breakfast bar. Need more? There’s a washer and dryer in the condo!



There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has trundle bed, and the sofa in the living room can be pulled out to accommodate extra sleeping space if needed.

Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- The building does not have an elevator.

- This unit does NOT have WiFi.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:
