This spacious second-floor apartment is located inside a laid-back coastal residential complex near the ocean. Designed for families and large groups traveling together, the home offers multiple sleeping areas, shared outdoor amenities, and plenty of room to gather while still maintaining separate spaces to rest.



Spend the day by the shared pool, enjoy outdoor activities within the community, or head toward the shoreline nearby — then return to a comfortable space where everyone can relax together.

Located in Boquerón, Cabo Rojo, the apartment sits inside a relaxed coastal residential community near the ocean. The area offers a quieter atmosphere compared to busy tourist zones and is a convenient base for enjoying nearby beaches and local spots.



Getting Around:

Nearest Airport: Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN), approximately 30 miles away



Parking: Free assigned parking inside the property (up to 4 vehicles)

Transportation: A rental car is recommended, as public transportation options are limited in the area



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and occasional power interruptions may occur due to weather or utility maintenance.



This property does not provide Wi-Fi, allowing guests to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.



A shared BBQ grill is available within the complex. A $25 deposit is required and can be arranged on-site, subject to availability.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
