The beautiful “Coco Bohio” is located in Casa Linda, Sosúa, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (DR). The entire villa is private and has its own private pool.

1 master bedroom w/king size bed and private washroom 1 bedroom w/queen size bed. An extra bathroom on the hallway for guests, A/C and on both bedrooms!

Coco Bohio Vacation Rental offers a lot of privacy since the backyard faces farmland (so no backyard neighbors!). The house is built on a knoll that elevates it well above your neighbors to the front and is fully enclosed with a mature hedge around most of the property for ultimate privacy.

The NO smoking rule applies to all forms of smoking. We respect all of our guests, so there is a strict no-smoking rule indoors and a non-negotiable fine to cover cleaning, laundry, and a general lack of respect of others******

***** There are rules that all guest need to adhere to within the gated community. This rules include excessive noise. Should you be warned and fail to adhere to them, the community management company may apply an eviction fee of $100+ will which be recovered from your deposit. There will be no refund for guests that choose not to abide by the rules.

**** Please note that due to time constraints, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) staff may need to enter the villa with proper notification to the guest. Should the guest not be in attendance, the host reserves the right to for staff to enter, supervised by our gardener and pool staff, to ensure repairs are carried out in a timely manner. Once an MRO staff is available and the guest has agreed or scheduled a visit it is the guest's responsibility to secure all belongings and valuables should the guest not be there on the appointed day and or time.
