"Staff is so kind, hotel is nice and clean. Its in a really nice walking distance for right about everything. Can only recommend."

"The hotel is very good value for money. The price included a very good hot breakfast, with vegetarian alternatives. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the chambermaids. They did a perfect job in often difficult circumstances."

"The stay was very nice, reasonably priced and including full breakfast buffet. We chose it even though it was a little outside Central London, but you get a very nice sizes room with a nice but small (and not new anymore) bathroom. Area is upscale, with lots of restaurants and there are also a couple of Tesco stores Would recommend."

"Everything about the hotel is great, invluding staff, food, location, design and ambience, except from one, but very essential thing! Soundproofing in the rooms. I was in room 915 and was not able to sleep from the noises coming from the adjacent rooms. Snoring, TV noise, conversations on the phone, guests showering, toilet flush and music playing at 3 oclock in the morning. When on a business trip, all you essentially need is a good nights sleep - That was very hard to get here unfortunately."

"A fine hotel in a very run down neighborhood. The room was as expected but the breakfast was a bit under par. All in all the hotel work well for our need for a place to sleep in connection with our attending a concert."
