"Me and my sister stayed at the property for two nights as a mid-winter getaway. The location was great-- about 5-20 minutes from everything you'd want to do in the Grand Rapids area. The neighborhood was your average blue collar neighborhood-- everyone was nice and it was pretty quiet. Once you look past the obvious things that raise concerns with the property it's obvious that the hosts have provided for a comfortable stay for their guest's. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with utensils and space for everyone. Beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. Plenty of linens, hot water and good heat. We enjoyed several long walks along the trail. Quiet, secluded. Overall a very good stay."
