Our house is located in a well-equipped condominium, offering swimming pools for adults and children, a restaurant, and a large leisure area.

The condominium is situated in front of the entrance to Manguinhos beach, about a 5-minute walk. The beach is calm, with gentle waves and warmer waters compared to other beaches in Búzios.

Located in the Manguinhos neighborhood, the house is situated in a gated community with excellent infrastructure and 24-hour security. The environment is modern and in a prime location. The amenities offered include:

-Restaurant: open daily, with delivery option to the unit. The menu is varied and the prices are attractive;

-Adult and children's pools: open from 10 am to 10 pm;

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), accommodating up to 8 people as detailed below:

Suite (upper floor): Double bed, bathroom with hot shower, space equipped for home office and online classes.

Bedroom (ground floor): Double bed.

Bedroom (ground floor): 2 single beds.

Mezzanine: Double sofa bed, fan.

If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if additional services are required during your stay.

In front of the condominium, there is a bus stop, where intercity buses also stop. The condominium is located right in front of the city entrance gate, in a very convenient location.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.
