Our functional house, carefully designed for comfort and security, features a private pool and is located in an exclusive gated community with 24-hour security.

In addition to the private leisure area, the house has 4 air-conditioned suites, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and private barbecue area.

The community offers a full infrastructure with pool, lake, playground, and sports court.

The house is truly a cozy and very special place. The concept is to be functional and cozy, with large glass windows that provide excellent natural light, as well as wooden contours that bring warmth and beauty.

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has a rotating parking system, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles—2 in the house's parking area and 1 in the condominium's parking lot;

Suite 2 - Ground floor - Includes air conditioning, 1 double bed + 1 extra mattress, wardrobe, and full bathroom;

Suite 3 - Upper floor - Includes air conditioning, 1 double bed + 1 extra mattress, wardrobe, and full bathroom;

Suite 4 - Upper floor - Includes air conditioning, 2 single beds + 1 extra mattress, wardrobe, and full bathroom;

*If guests wish, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also suggest grill masters in case you need these extra services during your stay.

Our check-in/out process is simple and aims to provide agility for our guests. We offer 24-hour reception and allow key delivery upon identification of the group and all required information.
