A spacious, airy, and very comfortable house located in a private gated community less than 300 meters from the beach.

The accommodation features four bedrooms—including two suites—all with air conditioning, as well as a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bright, well-lit living areas.

Outside, the house offers private leisure facilities—including a barbecue area, pool, sauna, and sunbathing deck—making it ideal for enjoying days in Búzios in comfort and tranquility.

The house is cozy, well-equipped, and designed to provide a comfortable stay.

It features a suitable space for using a laptop and working from home, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with pots, utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, and other essential items for everyday use.

The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and double beds, with 2 of them also offering additional single beds. We also provide 2 extra single mattresses, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

For your convenience, bed linens and towels are provided during your stay.

The house is also pet friendly.

Our house has a garage for 3 cars;

Private entrance with 1 pedestrian gate and 1 garage gate inside the condominium;

Private leisure area features a barbecue grill, beer cooler, swimming pool, sauna, and sun loungers;

Integrated Living and Dining Room, with a Smart TV, sofa, armchairs, and dining table;

Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, beer cooler, and wine cooler;

Bedrooms:
2 air-conditioned ground floor bedrooms (1 with a garden view and 1 with a pool view). Both have 1 double bed and 1 single bed;

1 suite on the upper level with a double bed and air conditioning;

1 bedroom next to the barbecue area, outside the house, with 2 single beds.

Note: Electricity consumption is covered up to 20 kWh/day and water up to 1 m³/day. This is not a limit, but rather an amount already included in the minimum stay for the house to function. Any excess will be charged based on Eneel company rates: R$ 1.33 per kWh and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photos of the electric and water meters will be taken at check-in and check-out;

Note: Gardener and pool maintenance staff usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All for your best experience.

Local commerce is extremely varied and complete, it is self-sufficient in relation to the city center as it has: Pharmacies, Bakeries, Markets, Fish Market, Great restaurants, decoration stores, convenience stores, Gas Stations, Laundry and much more!

The long beach with calm waters, warmer, ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction as it is a stronghold of restaurants with different specialties. It’s about getting to know each other and falling in love!

For tourists who do not have their own car during their trip, the city is very well supplied with drivers using Uber and 99 taxi apps.
