"Highly courteous staff dedicated to make your stay really memorable as soon as you step out of the car. Quick response time for any specific room service or a request.Breakfast had all the variations ranging from continental, mediterranean, north indian to basic oats khichdi with desi ghee!(very useful for elderly and kids). Being located in the most significant, sector 17, does presents ample options to shop and explore this beautiful city. Needless to say, one of my best stays with family and...

"Good breakfast spread. Room needs some maintenance. Close to Elante mall. The wait staff at the restaurant purple mango (their restaurant) was helpful. Overall a good property at a good location but in need of preventive maintenance. "

"no internet (WiFi), room was not clean. the toilets were horrible. the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. air conditioning did not work"

"Nice and clean place, helpful staff."

Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable. Can be a...

This was not what I expected, and I was supposed to meet friends and have dinner shortly, but instead, I had to cancel the room, find another hotel and a taxi, all while the hotel staff hid in the...
