On the first floor, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small storage room for your luggage, and the spacious living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen and dining table are harmoniously integrated into the living area.

From the living area, you have direct access to your own covered patio. The fenced-in yard offers additional comfort and is ideal for dog owners and families with children.

In the garden area, you’ll also find a separate storage room containing a grill and outdoor games—perfect for cozy barbecue evenings and spending time together outdoors.

You can reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There’s also a second bathroom on this floor with a shower and toilet.
